Customer service was great! They did not have the blue flowers and I was called first thing in the morning and my mom actually liked the lavender flowers that was replaced better! The flowers were beautiful!

Ordered the Floral Tower of Orchids and Roses for my mom for Mother's Day. I asked if they would be able to deliver in the morning before she left for work and they were able to accommodate. My mom absolutely loved the flowers, she called me immediately to thank me for them and sent me pictures of how gorgeous the arrangement was. Even prettier than the website picture, there was an abundance of orchids and the roses are a stunning gradient of orange to yellow. Very pleased with my purchase!
